A 30-minute task includes updating images or changing website copy. If you need a new page built or a page completely redesigned, we can provide an hourly rate quote to take care of those types of tasks.
A server-level backup is a copy of your website that is stored on the same server as your website. If something happens to your site, you can access a backup from your server.
An off-site backup is a copy of your website on a server that is “off-site” or completely detached from your site and server. Off-site backups provide an extra level of redundancy to ensure your site and content is not lost.
Off-site backups are important in the event your server goes down and has to be rebuilt. Servers very rarely break or go offline beyond repair, but things happen that are out of our control. So, off-site backups help keep a backup of your website safe and sound.
